Shipping and turnaround
In stock items ship out within 2-4 business and custom made items will ship within 2-3 weeks unless otherwise noted. If you need a custom piece sooner, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to assist your needs.
Anchovy will ship to the address specified during checkout. Shipping charges are calculated upon checkout. All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times will vary. US delivery is 2-5 business days. Due to COVID, international delivery might take 1-2 months. If you would like to expedite shipping please contact us.
Anchovy accepts unused items in their original condition and packaging within 10 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note, we do not refund shipping charges. All returns must be pre-approved. You must first notify us by email before you ship the item. Please understand that if Anchovy is contacted after this time we will not be able to issue a return. Returned items must be received by Anchovy within two weeks in new condition with original packaging. Anchovy does not accept returns on any custom or sale items.
